Hey, Reader!

This was one of those crazy weeks where I felt like I was on auto-pilot.

Moving and shaking. Popping and locking. But spiritually? Unhinged for sure. I was clinging to Scripture I had tucked away in my heart, trying to hold on to God’s presence in the rush of it all.

I had been traveling for business and felt completely out of my element. Being the two-phone girl that I am—one personal, one for work—I had missed SO many calls. When I finally called a dear friend back, she was in tears. I was drained, over-socialized, and honestly, couldn’t wrap my mind around why she was so upset.

We hung up. And a day later… I was convicted.

I had just read about pre-deciding to be loyal to who you are—and when you know who you are, you know what to do. As I texted those words to her, I realized something powerful: I’m called to represent God even when my emotions don’t line up.

That’s part of our lifelong mission as a believers—to respond through His strength, not our own.

Oh, how hard obedience can be, right? Exhaustion, chaos, and busyness can cloud our spiritual clarity. Yet as Psalm 139 reminds us, He searches us, knows us, and discerns our thoughts from afar. He knows when we sit, when we rise, and even when we stumble.

So even when I didn’t want to engage, I prayed. I listened. I let the Holy Spirit lead. And just like that—He showed up. He gave me words to speak life when I felt I had nothing left.

The truth is, we often let our emotions dictate our obedience. But God asks us to rest in His promises, to remember that He’s the One supplying our strength and wisdom. You might not feel able, but He is able.

So friend, wherever you are this week—whether running on fumes or overflowing with joy—remember: you are fully known by a God who sees your heart and strengthens your spirit.

“You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.”Philippians 4:13

“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.”Psalm 139:1

🙏 Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for knowing us completely—every thought, every emotion, every weary sigh. When life feels out of rhythm, remind us that You see us and still call us to obedience. Strengthen us to respond with grace when our hearts feel weak. Help us rest in the truth that You are present in both our chaos and our calm. In Jesus’ name, amen. 💛

💡 Tip of the Week:

When you feel emotionally overwhelmed, pause before reacting. Whisper, “Search me, God, and know my heart.” (Psalm 139:23). This simple prayer resets your spirit and invites divine guidance before you respond.

📖 Scripture of the Week:

“Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.” — Psalm 139:23
