A Growth Mindset Starts with What You Believe
Don't let yesterday's limitations keep you from tomorrow's calling. God is still growing you.
Math has never been my thing. And when I say, never, I mean forever never.
Even 'till this day I'm haunted by the memories of how my lack of math skills had me stuck in a random room in the fourth grade (with other classmates who apparently lacked the same skills).
And then, in high school, I never actually made it to algebra. They kept me in some sort of "good enough" remedial math track that had me learning multiplication over and over. But, hey, the goal was to get me to graduate, and I was cool with that, so who's complaining, right?
But when college came, I was in for a shock. I mean, I already knew math wasn't my thing, but now I learned about letters that I needed to understand and calculate...in math! Seriously, the guy who thought it was cool to add letters to math is still not my favorite person.
